Development Engineering is a London based consulting firm providing planning and municipal engineering services in Southwestern Ontario for over 40 years. Since our inception in 1968, we have successfully completed over 5,400 projects in Southwestern Ontario. We provide a broad range of services including site & subdivision planning and design, municipal engineering, topographic surveying, noise & vibration studies, landscape design, construction administration, construction layout, and site inspection. Our designers utilize the most current AutoDesk Civil 3D software to generate a variety of rapid conceptual designs to provide the most cost effective engineering solution for the project.  We also utilize 3D rendering software designed specifically for Civil Engineering to provide visual representations of our projects to assist in fully understanding the final product before a shovel ever reaches the ground. We have found these models very useful in project meetings, public presentations, and client marketing.
